《财会月刊》固定设立的“工会财会”专栏,对工会系统的财务干部借鉴兄弟单位的工作经验帮助很大。为了提高工会干部和财会人员的业务素质,我们经常采取一些措施,组织大家阅读该刊。具体作法是: 一、每次收到刊物后,先组织有关财务干部学习二至三天。在统一认识的基础上,再找出对本地区工作确指导作用的文章五至十篇,号召全县工会干部和财会人员对照学习,找差距,谈体会。二、为了保证学习的持续性、经常性、提高学习效果,县总工会要求各基层工会每季度进行一次测验,将参加人数、姓名、成绩公布上榜,并用书面形式报告县总工会。测验成绩作为年终评先的条件之一。三、举办知识竞赛。近期的一次竞赛是根据《财会
“Finance and Accounting Monthly” set up a “union accounting” column, the union’s financial system cadres to learn from the work experience of brothers units to help a lot. In order to improve the professional qualities of trade union cadres and financial accountants, we often take some measures to organize the reading of this issue. Specific practices are: First, each received publications, the first organization of financial cadres to learn two to three days. On the basis of a unified understanding, we should find out about five to ten articles which guide the work in this region. We call on cadres and financial accountants of the entire county to compare themselves with each other and find differences. Second, in order to ensure the continuity of learning, regularity and learning outcomes, the county general trade unions require quarterly unions to conduct tests on a quarterly basis. The number of participants, their names and achievements are published on the list and the county general trade unions are reported in written form. Test scores as the end of the year one of the conditions. Third, organize knowledge contest. A recent contest is based on "accounting
