自1932年心脏人工起搏术应用于临床以来,随着医用电子学的迅速发展,国内外临床应用日益广泛我院自1976年2月至1982年12月进行心脏起搏者共139人次,其中属保护性起搏者35例,本文仅就保护性起搏病例作一小结报道如下。临床资料本组35例均为具有某种心律失常或传导障碍者,除2例心房纤颤者外,其余33例均为需要进行某种手术的患者,其中男性24例,女性11例;年龄最小14岁,最大71岁,50—59岁共16例,60——69岁共7例,70岁以上2例;职业农民14例,工人8例,干部9例,学生2例,居民2例。
