应用石蜡切片法,对不同种及品种的甘蔗,在个体发育不同阶段的叶片进行解剖处理和观察比较,发现在甘蔗叶片内,两个大型维管束之间,依次间插排列着小型和中型维管束。两个大型维管束之间的距离是随叶位上升而逐渐加大;它们之间的中、小型维管束和具有叶绿体的维管束鞘细胞的数目也是随着叶位上升而逐渐增加;维管束鞘细胞的横剖面积也有这种增加的趋势。变量分析表明:它们之间的维管束鞘细胞的横剖面积,在不同叶层之间,差异是极显著的;在不同种和品种之间,差异是显著的,有性杂交育成的生产栽培品种闽糖70/61的束鞘细胞横剖面积显著大于热带种黑车里本的和割手密、伊里安野生种的。 The paraffin section method was used to dissect the leaves of different species and varieties of sugarcane at different stages of individual development and to observe and compare.
