任何社会变革,都会涉及到社会各个层面、各个群体利益的调整,不可避免地会产生各种矛盾和不同的思想认识。这就要求我们必须坚持以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,更加自觉地加强和改进思想政治工作。本文围绕发挥企业文化建设在思想政治工作中的作用问题,谈几点看法。 Any social change involves the adjustment of the interests of all groups and communities at all levels and will inevitably produce various contradictions and different ideological understandings. This requires that we must continue to use the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ as our guidance and strengthen and improve our ideological and political work more consciously. This article focuses on giving full play to the role of corporate culture in ideological and political work and gives some comments.
