作者将曼氏血吸虫尾蚴感染小鼠后每隔5天测定其血清中的下列物质,一直测至感染后第100天。以碘~(125) 标记的抗虫抗体或抗抗原“4”抗体用放射免疫聚乙二醇法(RIPEGA)分别测定总的血吸虫循环抗原(CSA)和抗原“4”。结果表明 CSA 出现于感染后第45天,以后呈有规律地增加,但在第75天时出现了一个低峰。抗原“4”亦可在第45天检出,渐增至第95天,但在第80天和第100天时出现了两个低峰。
The authors tested the following substances in their serum every 5 days after infection with Schistosoma mansoni cercariae until the 100th day after infection. The total schistosome circulating antigen (CSA) and antigen “4” were determined by radioimmunological polyethylene glycol assay (RIPEGA) using iodine- (125) labeled or anti-antigen “4” antibodies, respectively. The results showed that CSA appeared on the 45th day after infection and increased regularly thereafter but a low peak appeared on the 75th day. Antigen “4” was also detected on day 45, increasing to day 95 but with two low peaks on day 80 and day 100.
