水平式振动冷却筛分机(简称振冷机或振冷筛)系由水泥厂移植到冶金企业作为冷却热烧结矿用的一项新设备。它具有重量轻、投资省、耗电低、设备简单易造、不需专用风机等特点。除冷却外还起到筛分和运输作用。这个“三合一”的设备,在引入烧结工艺初期,出现过断弹簧和冷却效果不好等严重问题。经过几年的攻关后,情况发生了很大变化,现在可以把七八百度的烧结矿冷却到80℃以下:事故率由最初的20%左右降为1%左右;同时能够满意地筛出5mm以下的不合格品和5~20mm的成品矿,因而改善了成品质量和实现了分级。回顾几年来的攻关和设计经验,我们认为设备参数(运动与动力参数)的合理选择是至关重要的。本文针对这方面问题浅谈一点看法。由于水平所限,错误在所难免,热望读者批评指正,以期提高。
Horizontal vibration cooling screening machine (referred to as chiller or vibrating screen) from the cement plant transplanted to the metallurgical enterprises as a cooling thermal sinter with a new device. After several years of research, the situation has changed a lot. Now it is possible to cool the seventy-eight Baidu sinters below 80 ℃: the accident rate is reduced from about 20% to about 1%; meanwhile, it can satisfactorily screen 5mm The following substandard products and 5 ~ 20mm finished mines, thus improving the quality of finished products and to achieve the classification. Recalling the past few years of research and design experience, we believe that a reasonable choice of equipment parameters (motor and power parameters) is crucial. This article discusses some of the issues in this area. Due to the level of limitations, errors are inevitable, aroused readers’ criticism and correction, with a view to improving.
