近几年来的“剧大营销”让山东卫视自制剧的文化品牌效果初显,与综艺节目共同形成了山东卫视市场营销的战术布局。2016年,山东卫视从顶层设计到基层建设,无论是人员配置还是策略方面,都做了相应的调整。相信人和人之间关系的变化,人和资源之间关系的变化,会给山东卫视带来新的能量。
