内蒙古赤通鲁高速公路及省道307线一级公路均位于内蒙古草原地区,在公路施工及运营过程中,若施工方法不当或后期管理经营不善,都会影响草原的生态环境。为保护草原生态环境,以“防治”思想为出发点,分析了在内蒙古草原地区公路的施工及运营过程中容易引起的生态问题,重点是水土流失,并提出相应防治措施,将对草原的破坏降到最低。
