中红外宽调谐激光器在激光光谱、拉曼光谱和大气污染探测、环保检测等领域有很多应用。目前主要采用光参量振荡 (OPO)输出中红外激光。本实验采用主动调Q的全固态Nd∶YVO4 激光器 ,输出波长为 1 0 6 4nm的准连续激光抽运周期性极化铌酸锂 (PPLN)晶体 ,实现OPO中红外激光输出。
Wide-band tunable laser has many applications in laser spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and atmospheric pollution detection, environmental protection testing and other fields. At present, the main use of optical parametric oscillation (OPO) output mid-infrared laser. In this experiment, an all-solid-state Nd:YVO4 laser with Q-switched Q-switched Nd: YVO4 laser was used to pump periodically polarized lithium niobate (PPLN) crystals with a CW laser at a wavelength of 1.064 nm to achieve OPO mid-infrared laser output.
