通过对若干省市中小学教师队伍现状的抽样调查表明,我国社会长期以来处于城乡二元结构状态,使得城乡教师资源配置不均问题较为突出,城乡教师队伍在编制水平、福利待遇、能力素质、专业发展等方面存在较大差距。因此,应进一步优化教师资源配置政策,强化农村教师队伍建设,缩小城乡教师队伍差距,实现教师资源的均衡配置,从而推进教育公平和教育均衡发展。
Through the sample survey on the status quo of primary and secondary school teachers in several provinces and cities, it shows that our society has long been in the dual structure of urban and rural areas, making urban and rural teachers more prominent in resource allocation. The team of urban and rural teachers are at the level of preparation, welfare, Professional development there is a big gap. Therefore, we should further optimize the teacher resources allocation policy, strengthen the construction of rural teachers, narrow the gap between urban and rural teachers and realize the balanced allocation of teachers resources so as to promote the fairness of education and the balanced development of education.
