目的:观察寿胎丸对大鼠卵巢移植术后各级卵泡及黄体的影响。方法:将210只Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为7组,每组30只,即自体移植模型组、自体移植+寿胎丸组、异体移植模型组、异体移植+寿胎丸组、异体移植+环孢A(CsA)组、异体移植+CsA+寿胎丸组和正常对照组。各组大鼠于移植术后7、14、21、28、35天分批处死,每次6只。取左侧卵巢,HE染色,光镜下计数整张切片中的各级卵泡和黄体数量。结果:移植后7天,异体移植+寿胎丸组的原始卵泡数比异体移植模型组多(P<0.05),异体移植+CsA+寿胎丸组的原始卵泡数、初级卵泡数、次级卵泡数与黄体数在移植后多个时点均比异体移植模型组多(P<0.05)。结论:寿胎丸有抗异体卵巢移植排斥反应的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of ShouTaiWan on ovarian follicle and corpus luteum after ovariectomy in rats. METHODS: A total of 210 Wistar female rats were randomly divided into 7 groups, 30 in each group, namely autograft model group, autograft + ShouTaiWan group, allograft model group, allograft + ShouTaiWan group, allograft + Cyclosporin A (CsA) group, allograft + CsA + ShouTaiWan group and normal control group. Rats in each group were sacrificed in batches on the 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, and 35th days after transplantation, with 6 rats in each group. Take the left ovary, HE staining, light microscope to count the number of follicles and corpus luteum in the entire slice. Results: At 7 days after transplantation, the number of primordial follicles in allograft + ShouTaiWan group was higher than in allograft model group (P<0.05). The number of primordial follicles, primary follicles, and secondary follicles in allograft + CsA + ShouTaiWan group The number of corpus luteum and the number of corpus luteum were more than those in the allograft model group at various time points after transplantation (P<0.05). Conclusion: ShouTaiWan has anti-allograft ovarian transplantation rejection effect.
