攀钢雾化提钒过程中常添加硅铁来改善钒渣渣态,以便降低钒渣中金属铁含量,但硅铁来源紧张,价格昂贵。本试验采用石英砂代替硅铁获得了较好的冶金效果,通过672炉次的试验结果表明:用石英砂代替硅铁可得到平均成份为V_2O_5>18.0%的优质钒渣,温度>1329℃的半钢,而且可降低钒渣生产成本3.0~3.5%,每年可为攀钢节约100多万元。
In the process of atomizing vanadium in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., ferrosilicon is often added to improve the slag state of vanadium slag in order to reduce the content of metallic iron in vanadium slag. However, the source of ferrosilicon is tense and expensive. In this experiment, quartz sand was used instead of ferrosilicon to obtain good metallurgical effect. The results of 672 heats tests showed that the quality vanadium slag with the average composition of V2O5> 18.0% can be obtained by using quartz sand instead of ferrosilicon, and the temperature> 1329 ℃ Semi-steel, but also reduce the production cost of vanadium slag 3.0 to 3.5%, saving more than 100 million for Panzhihua each year.
