改革开放以后,随着我国社会与经济的快速发展,以及社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善,我国中小企业无论是在企业数量、还是在管理水平方面都也得到极大的进步,然而,伴随着我国加入WTO以后,我国国际化的程度越来越高,中小企业面临的市场竞争更加复杂而激烈,但是在实际当中,我国很多中小企业在物流管理方面存在着很多的问题,严重影响了企业的长远发展。本文从我国中小企业物流管理的现状和存在的问题出发,并详细探析了改善中小企业物流管理现状的具体措施。
After the reform and opening up, with the rapid social and economic development in our country and the gradual improvement of the socialist market economic system, our country’s small and medium-sized enterprises have also made great strides in terms of the number of enterprises and their management level. However, After China’s accession to the WTO, the degree of internationalization in our country is getting higher and higher. The market competition faced by SMEs is more complicated and intense. However, in reality, many SMEs in our country have many problems in logistics management, which seriously affect the longterm development. Based on the current situation and existing problems of SME logistics management in our country, this paper analyzes in detail the concrete measures to improve SME logistics management.
