本文从研究斜齿圆柱齿轮传动的修形计算、动载分析、胶合强度计算等问题对轮齿受载变形的需要出发,提出了采用空间有限元法和解变形方程来求解轮齿载荷分布和变形量的计算方法。并以斜齿轮齿条传动为例进行了计算。在对计算结果进行分析的基础上,得出一些有益的结论。同时为了补偿轮齿受载变形,对必要的修形量进行了研究。最后用实验方法证实了所采用的计算模型及计算结果的正确性。
