In 2012, the Central Economic Work Conference proposed to promote the innovation of the business model of enterprises and to elevate the innovation of business models to the national strategic level for the first time. In 2013, a series of unfavorable market conditions, such as the drastic change of the tea market in China, sluggish demand in the international market, the slowdown of the domestic demand market, changes in the mainstream of social values and consumer behavior, rising costs in production and circulation, forced the Chinese tea industry practitioners to precipitate Down, rational thinking, seeking innovation and change. In the end what is suitable for the Chinese tea industry business model? How to design and rebuild the business model? Chinese tea industry enterprises need more and more such questions and thinking.
