当前,扩大内需是促进经济发展的主要手段,而鼓励各商业银行大力开展消费信贷又是扩大内需的当务之急。开展消费信贷中既存在着买方市场的形成、科技水平进步的加快、国家政策的积极引导等有利因素,也存在着个人消费者承债能力还较弱,还缺乏健全完善的个人信用制度,商业银行还缺乏消费信贷风险防范机制,商家营销理念较落后等制约因素。笔者将从消费者、银行、商家以及为消费信贷提供服务的中介机构等方面来分析开展消费信贷中存在的一些障碍,并提出相应的思考。一、开展消费信贷存在的一些障碍(一)消费者方面的障碍。1、一些人消费观念有待提高。随着我国对外开放与交流的日益深入,虽然越来越多的人
