对离心式静扭台进行了动力学和运动学分析 ,建立了系统工作时的数学模型 ;探求了数学模型的理论解 ;运用计算机模拟计算了实验台工作过程中扭矩波形畸变规律 ,得出了扭矩波形畸变的实质是系统发生了二次谐波共振的结论 ;实验证明理论模型和理论求解方法的正确性。本理论模型和理论求解可为进一步分析实验台的振动性能及实验台主要参数的优化设计提供必要分析手段
The dynamic and kinematic analysis of the centrifugal static twisting table is carried out, the mathematical model of the system is set up, the theoretical solution of the mathematical model is explored, and the distortion of the torque waveform in the working process of the experimental platform is calculated by computer simulation. The essence of the torque waveform distortion is the conclusion that the second harmonic resonance occurs in the system. The experiment proves the correctness of the theoretical model and the theoretical solution method. The theoretical model and theoretical solution can provide the necessary analytical tools for further analysis of the vibration performance of the test bench and the optimal design of the main parameters of the test bench
