研究了由单一供应商和单一零售商组成的二级供应链在具有提成反馈的融资服务下最优订货定价策略。当零售商存在资金限制约束时,可在供应商的担保下从银行贷款融资。供应商分担了零售商的风险,因此要求获得零售商的销售提成作为补偿。分别建立了零售商和供应商的预期利润极大化模型,求解出零售商的最优订货量和供应商的最优批发价。研究结果表明融资服务能够为供应链创造新价值,提成能增加供应商的利润。
This paper studies the optimal order pricing strategy of a two-level supply chain composed of a single supplier and a single retailer under the financing service with royalty feedback. When retailers have financial constraints, they can borrow from a bank loan under a supplier’s guarantee. The supplier shares the retailer’s risk and therefore requires that the retailer’s sales commission be paid as compensation. The optimal profit maximization models of retailers and suppliers are respectively established to find out the optimal retailer ’s order quantity and the optimal wholesale price of suppliers. The results show that financing services can create new value for the supply chain, commission can increase the profits of suppliers.
