最近几年,随着我国职业院校的不断发展,我国职业院校中行政管理存在一定的问题。在我国经济不断发展的新时期下,知识社会的脚步也在不断扩大,但在此过程中,我国职业院校行政管理理念以及行政管理模式并没有做出相应的改变,这就导致我国职业院校行政管理工作的实施过程中经常会出现机构重叠,人力资源分配不均等问题,不能有效的保证对职业院校资源的合理利用。因此,本文通过对职业院校行政管理工作的研究,重点对如何采用切实可行的策略来提高行政管理工作的有效性进行了分析。
In recent years, with the continuous development of the vocational colleges in our country, there are some problems in the administration of the vocational colleges in our country. In the new era of continuous economic development in our country, the pace of knowledge society is also constantly expanding, but in this process, the concept of administrative management in our country’s vocational colleges and the mode of administration have not been changed correspondingly, In the course of the implementation of school administration, there are often problems of institutional overlap and unequal distribution of human resources, which can not effectively guarantee the rational utilization of resources in vocational colleges. Therefore, through the research on the administration of vocational colleges, this paper focuses on how to improve the effectiveness of administration through practical strategies.
