光源调制频率是影响EIS型光寻址电位传感器性能的一个关键因素。构建光电流信号I与调制频率f之间的数学关系对LAPS传感器的研制有着重要的意义。基于LAPS传感器的工作机理,提出了等效电路模型,通过数值仿真得到了I-f关系曲线。通过CHI660D型电化学工作站搭建了LAPS系统测量平台,得到了实际的I-f特性。通过对比,实测曲线和模拟曲线基本吻合,进而说明建立的等效电路模型是可行的。
The modulation frequency of the light source is a key factor that affects the performance of the EIS optical addressable potential sensor. Constructing the mathematical relationship between the photocurrent signal I and the modulation frequency f is of great significance for the development of the LAPS sensor. Based on the working mechanism of LAPS sensor, an equivalent circuit model is proposed, and the I-f relationship curve is obtained through numerical simulation. The LAPS system measurement platform was built by CHI660D electrochemical workstation, and the actual I-f characteristics were obtained. By comparison, the measured curve and the simulated curve basically match, and then the equivalent circuit model is established.
