目的了解福建省各级疾控机构实验室尿碘、盐碘的检测能力。方法尿碘结果用“Z”分法,盐碘结果用(标准参考值±不确定度)法对检测结果进行评价。结果参加2012年度考核的福建省各级疾控机构实验室反馈率与合格率均为100.0%。结论福建省各级疾控机构碘缺乏病实验室检测水平较高,部分实验室检测能力有进一步提高的空间。
Objective To understand the detection ability of urine iodine and salt iodine in laboratories of disease control institutions at all levels in Fujian Province. Urine iodine results using “Z ” method, salt iodine results (standard reference ± uncertainty) method to evaluate the test results. Results The feedback rate and pass rate of laboratories in CDC of Fujian Province who participated in the 2012 annual examination were both 100.0%. Conclusion The level of detection of Iodine Deficiency Disorders in CDC institutions at all levels in Fujian Province is high, and some laboratories have more room for improvement in detection capability.
