语言是幼儿教师传道、授业、解惑以及与幼儿交流、联络感情的重要工具,对幼儿的发展起着非常重要的作用。那么,幼儿教师应具备什么样的语言艺术呢?一、具有示范性1.力求规范性,克服方言化。教师必须使用标准的、规范的普通话,在语音、词汇、语法等方面都要符合国家普通话的要求,做到发音清楚、吐字准确、不念错字、不使用方言。教师应有意识地矫正自己的发音,用心学习普通话,克服方言土语的干扰,加强语言的基本功训练,尽量做到流利、准确地使用普通话。
