以波斯菊种子为试材,利用海水的不同浓度(0、1%、5%、10%、15%、20%、30%)处理波斯菊种子,研究了不同浓度海水对其种子萌发及幼苗生长情况的影响,分析了波斯菊种子对盐碱的耐受性,以期为海水灌溉农业做出贡献。结果表明:萌发的波斯菊种子各项指标及其根长、苗长随海水浓度的上升有不同程度的降低。发芽率在达15%海水浓度、发芽指数和幼苗长在达5%海水浓度、发芽势、简化活力指数以及根长在达1%海水浓度时与对照相比有明显差异,表明波斯菊生长受到较高浓度海水一定的抑制作用。
