各级纪检监察机关务必把对领导干部的监督作为监督的重点,不断创新监督方法和手段,从制度和机制上确保对领导干部的监督不留死角、有效到位。在制度建设上,应重点抓好五项制度的落实。一是建立和完善领导干部廉政档案制度。党组织则根据形势发展变化,对廉政档案内容进行充实和完善。
