通过机械合金化方法制备Ti-Ni合金;采用X射线衍射(XRD)研究粉末的相组成;差热分析(DTA)研究粉末在热反应时的特征温度;再对粉末进行热处理,研究合金相组成;通过金相显微镜观察粉末的粒度分布;用扫描电子显微镜观察分析粉末的微观形貌变化。结果表明:球磨初期,粉末的微观形貌为冷焊合层状结构;随球磨过程的进行,颗粒中元素分布逐渐趋于均匀;球磨末期,机械合金化过程的冷焊合和断裂达到平衡,最终形成非晶。
Ti-Ni alloy was prepared by mechanical alloying method; the phase composition of the powder was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD); the differential thermal analysis (DTA) was used to study the characteristic temperature of powder during thermal reaction; then the powder was heat- ; The particle size distribution of the powder was observed by a metallographic microscope; and the change of the microstructure of the powder was observed by a scanning electron microscope. The results show that the microstructure of the powder is cold-welded and lamellar at the initial stage of ball milling. With the ball milling process, the distribution of the elements in the particles tends to be uniform. The cold welding and fracture of the powders during the final milling and mechanical alloying process are balanced, The final formation of amorphous.
