目的观察单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液联合高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病对患儿血清相关因子水平的影响。方法将184例脑缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿随机分为研究组和对照组各92例,在常规治疗的基础上,研究组给予单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液联合高压氧治疗,对照组联合高压氧治疗,2组患儿治疗前后检测血清IGF-1、GH、s ICAM-1水平。结果 2组治疗前血清IGF-1、GH、s ICAM-1水平无显著性差异(P>0.05);2组经过治疗后血清IGF-1、GH水平较治疗前均明显上升(P<0.05),且血清s ICAM-1水平较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),治疗后研究组变化幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液联合高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病能有效地增高患儿血清IGF-1、GH水平和降低血清s ICAM-1水平。
Objective To observe the effect of monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in children with serum-related factors. Methods 184 cases of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were randomly divided into study group and control group of 92 cases, on the basis of routine treatment, the study group given monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium injection combined with high-pressure Oxygen therapy, the control group combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, serum IGF-1, GH, s ICAM-1 levels in two groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in serum IGF-1, GH, s ICAM-1 levels between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). Serum IGF-1 and GH levels were significantly increased in both groups after treatment , And the level of serum ICAM-1 in serum was significantly lower than that before treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the change range of the study group was greater than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside sodium injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy can effectively increase serum IGF-1, GH levels and reduce serum s ICAM-1 levels in children.
