档案教育承担着培养和造就档案工作人员的重大责任,因此,其质量是测量一个国家档案事业发展水平的重要标尺。本文收用了中美档案高等教育部分的两个典范——武汉大学信息管理学院与美国密歇根大学信息学院作为钻研个案,对比中美档案学研究生教学培养的异同,力图从国外的档案教育中吸取有益经验并结合我国国情从而促进我国档案事业更好、更快地发展。一、培养目标比较武汉大学的档案研究生培养目标:学生努力学习,
Archives education undertakes the great responsibility of cultivating and bringing in archivists. Therefore, its quality is an important measure of the development of archives in a country. This dissertation uses two models of the higher education part of Sino-American archives - Information Management School of Wuhan University and Information Institute of the University of Michigan as a case study to compare the similarities and differences between the teaching of graduate students in archival science in China and the United States and try to learn from the foreign archives education Beneficial experience combined with China’s national conditions so as to promote better and faster development of archives in China.
