长汀县革命委员会旧址——云骧阁位于福建省龙岩市长汀县城乌石巷80号。1929年3月,首次入闽的红4军在长汀期间在云骧阁召开了工农兵代表大会,通过选举正式成立了长汀县革命委员会,这是红4军下井冈山以来,在赣南、闽西创建的第一个县级红色政权,由地方党代表、红军代表和民众代表共21名委员组成,下设军事、宣传、财政、土地、内务、妇女等部,贫农出身的丘潮保任革命委员会主席。长汀县革命委员会就设在云骧阁。长汀县革命委员会成立后,着重抓了地方武装的组建,成立了一支60余人的赤卫队,红4军前委调拨20余支步枪给赤卫队,并选派军事、政治干部指导赤卫队的训练。
