随着电力电子技术与微电子技术的快速发展,高压大变频调速装置趋于成熟,解决了高压需求问题。而变频调速以其自有的高效率、高功率因数、调速以及启动机能等优势,成为节约电能、改善流程、提高产品质量的调速方式。本文将传统的控制技术于变频调速技术进行了比较,简述了变频调速技术在煤矿电动机车、提升系统、运输系统、风机、泵等机电设备中的应用。
With the rapid development of power electronic technology and microelectronic technology, the high voltage and large frequency conversion speed regulation device has become mature, which solves the problem of high voltage demand. The frequency control with its own high efficiency, high power factor, speed and start-up functions and other advantages, to save energy, improve processes and improve product quality speed control. In this paper, the traditional control technology is compared with the frequency control technology, and the application of frequency control technology in coal mine electric vehicles, lifting systems, transportation systems, fans, pumps and other mechanical and electrical equipment is briefly described.
