可接近性是一种重要的产品特征,可接近性分析已成为解决不同制造过程中所出现的计算制造问题的有力工具.讨论了可达性、可接近性和可视性等概念之间的关系,提出了一种基于可视锥的可接近性分析一般方法.在点的可视锥基础上,定义了完全可视锥、部分可视锥和局部可视锥等几类特征可视锥,并给出了一个基于C-空间的可视锥计算方法.最后探讨了如何应用可视锥实现数控加工、CMM测量和装配顺序规划等制造过程中的可接近性分析.
Accessibility is an important product feature and accessibility analysis has become a powerful tool for solving computational manufacturing problems that arise in different manufacturing processes. Discussions between concepts such as accessibility, accessibility, and visibility We propose a general method of accessibility analysis based on visual cones.On the basis of point visual cones, we define several types of visual cones, such as complete visual cones, partial visual cones and local visual cones, , And gives a calculation method of visual cone based on C-space.Finally, it discusses how to apply the visual cone to realize the accessibility analysis in the manufacturing process of CNC machining, CMM measurement and assembly sequence planning.
