以差厚拼焊管为研究对象,利用实验及其数值模拟分析了高温膨胀时影响塑性变形的因素。结果表明,变形协调性随着长度比的提高而呈现增加的趋势。厚壁管的最大胀形量会出现在距离焊缝最近的地方,外形形状为圆锥形的;薄壁管的外形形貌为椭球形,中间区域的胀形量最大。差厚拼焊管变形协调性主要受变形强化和长度比的影响。
Taking the poor thickness welded pipe as the research object, the factors influencing the plastic deformation during the high temperature expansion were analyzed by the experiment and its numerical simulation. The results show that the deformation coordination tends to increase with the length ratio. The maximum bulging amount of the thick-walled tube will appear at the place closest to the weld, the shape of which is conical, the shape of the thin-walled tube is ellipsoidal, and the bulging amount of the middle region is the largest. Poor thick welded pipe deformation coordination is mainly affected by the deformation enhancement and length ratio.
