本文对磨削区温度的测量原理及方法进行了简明扼要的介绍.通过采用半人工热电偶测温方法,对4Cr13不锈钢材料磨削加工时砂轮和冷却液对磨削区温度的影响进行了试验研究,证明合理地选用砂轮和冷却液能明显地降低磨削区温度,从而提高磨削加工表面质量。
In this paper, the principle and method of temperature measurement in grinding zone are introduced briefly.The effects of grinding wheel and coolant on the temperature in grinding zone of 4Cr13 stainless steel are tested by using semi-artificial thermocouple temperature measurement method Research and prove that using grinding wheel and coolant rationally can obviously reduce the temperature of grinding zone and improve the quality of grinding surface.
