电力工业部科学技术委员会委托山西省水利厅于1980年5月29日至6月3日在太原召开全国水轮机(水泵)抗泥砂磨损、抗气蚀科研工作会议。会上代表们听取了复合尼龙和环氧金刚砂两项抗泥砂磨损涂层发明的介绍,以及“黄河泥沙对水轮机、水泵危害的分析及防护”、“聚醚型聚氨酯抗磨涂料”、“聚氨酯沥青长效防腐涂料”等9个学术与试验报告,并对两项发明和聚醚型聚氨酯层的试用推广和扩大试验等有关问题进行座谈,拟定了“水力机械非金属抗泥沙磨损涂层的扩大试验、试用的联系办法。为了尽快使科研成果变成生产力,会议商定:在河南、山西、陕西、甘肃、新疆、云南等地区建立13个喷涂试验站、组,解决各种不同
