某深水码头在建成后不久即出现基桩变形和断裂等损坏现象。为了分析损坏原因,进行了现场观测、试验研究,经过将近一年的工作,得出下述结论:1.码头结构损坏主要是由差异沉降引起的,土体水平挤压的影响不大;2.差异沉降主要是由码头前后方土体压缩量不同而产生的;3.土体在早期可能有一定的水平位移,后来已不再有显著发展。根据以上的原因分析,提出的修复方案主要包括两项:(1)利用无振动压桩法补设直桩,以替换已断的和未断的全部向河斜桩;(2)在码头部分增设长桩,使其基桩桩尖均达到硬土层。码头按照上述方案修复后,经过十多年使用,未发现任何问题。
A deep-water terminal shortly after the completion of the pile deformation and fracture damage. In order to analyze the causes of damage, field observations and experimental studies were carried out. After nearly a year of work, the following conclusions were drawn: 1. Damage to the pier structure was mainly caused by differential settlement with little effect of soil horizontal extrusion; .Difference subsidence is mainly caused by the different amount of soil compression before and after the terminal; 3. The soil may have some horizontal displacement in the early stage, and then no significant development. According to the above analysis, the proposed restoration program mainly includes two items: (1) the use of vibration-free piles to supplement straight piles in order to replace all broken and unbroken piles; (2) Additional long piles, so that the pile foundation pile are reached hard soil layer. After the terminal repair according to the above plan, after more than 10 years of use, did not find any problems.
