[Objective] To investigate the blood fat level of civil aviation male pilots, the incidence and type distribution of hyperlipidemia and its possible influencing factors. [Methods] A total of 336 male pilots of civil aviation were selected as subjects to measure the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C ) And record their flight information. [Results] The mean levels of TG in all age groups of civil aviation pilots were higher than 1.70 mmol / L, the prevalence of hyperlipidemia was 50.9% and the predominant type was high TG. The length of flight and accumulated flight hours in hyperlipemia group were higher than those in normal lipids group (P <0.05). There was a linear correlation between TG level and average flight hours and accumulated flight hours. There was no significant difference in serum TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C between smoking group and non-smoking group as well as drinking group and non-drinking group (P> 0.05). Logistic regression analysis of hyperlipidemia and hypertriglyceridemia-related factors showed that only body mass index (BMI) entered the regression equation. At the same time, BMI had a linear correlation with accumulated flight hours and average annual flight hours. [Conclusion] The serum TG level of male pilots in civil aviation is obviously increased, the prevalence of hyperlipidemia is high, and the type is high TG. The aviation flight environment may have important factors that affect the blood lipid level of pilots.
