从强化层的厚度、硬度和耐磨性等方面研究了脉冲放电下氨气对M2高速钢强化层的作用。结果表明,氮气对脉冲放电强化层具有明显的保护作用,并在较大程度上增进了强化效果。通过X射线衍射分析,扫描电镜能谱分析和形貌观察,探讨了氨气的作用机理。
The effects of ammonia on the strengthening layer of M2 high speed steel under pulsed discharge were studied from the aspects of the thickness, hardness and wear resistance of the strengthened layer. The results show that nitrogen has a significant protective effect on the pulse discharge enhancement layer, and to a greater extent enhanced the enhancement effect. By X-ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscopy (EDS) analysis and morphology observation, the mechanism of action of ammonia was discussed.
