从多方面论述了提高发动机活塞环耐磨性的激光强化新技术,分别讨论了活塞环的激光淬火、气缸套内壁激光淬火,以及气缸套激光毛化对活塞环耐磨性的影响.结果表明,各自单独处理则都可提高活塞环寿命1倍以上.采用激光造形,则不仅可提高活塞环的使用寿命1倍, 而且降低机油消耗量 30%~ 60%,降低 HC排放量 10%~ 20%.
Discussed in many aspects to improve the wear resistance of the piston ring laser enhanced technology, respectively, discussed the laser piston ring quenching, cylinder liner laser quenching, as well as laser hair ring on the piston ring wear resistance. The results show that the respective treatment alone can improve the life of the piston ring more than doubled. The use of laser shape, not only can improve the life of the piston ring 1 times, but also reduce oil consumption 30% to 60%, reduce HC emissions by 10% to 20%.
