戏剧的二重性——文学性和舞台性要求戏剧翻译要遵循动态表演性原则,而动态表演性原则受这二重性的限制,主要表现在语言与文化两个方面,服务于演员与观众两个对象。语言上,动态表演性原则主要体现为台词的口语化、动作性、音乐性。对演员来说,台词要易说上口,能与动作有机配合,语言中有动作,动作中能说话;对观众来说,语言要入耳动听,通俗易懂。文化上,动态表演性原则主要体现为观众的可理解性。本文探讨该原则在英若诚译《推销员之死》中的具体应用。
The Duality of Drama - Literary and Stage Requirements Drama translation should follow the principle of dynamic performance, while the dynamic performance principle is limited by this duality. It mainly manifests in two aspects: language and culture, and serves both actors and audiences. Language, the principle of dynamic performance is mainly reflected in the colloquial lines, action, music. For the actors, the lines should be easy to catchy, with the action of organic cooperation in the language of action, action can speak; for the audience, the language should be pleasant to hear, easy to understand. Culturally, the principle of dynamic performance mainly reflects the viewability of the audience. This article explores the application of this principle in Ying Ruocheng’s “Death of a Salesman.”
