通过对目前ＣＡＤ系统的分析和人们对ＣＡＤ系统的新要求，提出了装配模型的概念和定义，并对装配模型的数据结构进行了详细描述，最后以具体实例对装配模型进行了形象化解释．
Through the analysis of the current CAD system and the new requirements of people on the CAD system, the concept and definition of the assembly model are put forward. The data structure of the assembly model is described in detail. Finally, the assembly model is explained by concrete examples.
