由于宗教信仰、民族文化等传统的强大的在地文化等因素,社会主义核心价值观在新疆少数民族聚居区大众化存在一些观念上的阻力与障碍。笔者要探讨的核心问题是借助有效的信息传播来推动社会主义核心价值观在新疆少数民族聚居区的大众化,寻找在民族宗教文化环境中传播社会主义核心价值观的技巧与有效路径。笔者从新疆绝大部分少数民族民众信仰的伊斯兰教入手,寻找伊斯兰教与社会主义核心价值观相融相通的连接点,在此基础上,着重探讨了新疆少数民族聚居区社会主义核心价值观大众化的传播技巧与传播路径。
Owing to the traditional strong local culture and other traditional factors such as religious beliefs and ethnic cultures, there are some conceptual obstacles and obstacles in the popularization of the core values of socialism inhabited by ethnic minorities in Xinjiang. The key issue that the author wants to explore is to promote the popularization of the socialist core values inhabited by ethnic minorities in Xinjiang by means of effective information dissemination and to find out the techniques and effective ways to spread the socialist core values in the ethnic and religious culture. The author starts from the Islamic belief that most of ethnic minorities believe in Xinjiang and looks for the connection point between Islam and socialism core values. On this basis, this article focuses on the dissemination of the popular core values of socialism inhabited by ethnic minorities in Xinjiang Skills and communication path.
