9月21日,交通运输部副部长冯正霖会见了包括香港公路学会会长朱沛坤、副会长郑定宁、创会会长邝汉生在内的8人香港公路学会代表团。双方就进一步加强两岸交通运输领域的合作充分交换了意见并达成了广泛共识。冯正霖表示,改革开放30年来,大陆交通领域发生了巨变,这包含了香港、台湾等地科技交流带来的贡献。应该进一步加深这种交流。另外,冯正霖还表示10月份举办的首届“两岸四地公路交通发展论坛”
On September 21, Vice Minister of Transport Feng Zhenglin met with eight Hong Kong Highway Society delegations, including Zhu Peikun, the president of Hong Kong Highway Association, Zheng Dinning, vice president of the Hong Kong Highway Society, and Kwong Hok Seng, the founding president.
