目的了解江苏省传疟媒介的种群、密度以及季节消长与夜间活动规律,为该省消除疟疾提供科学依据。方法 2013-2015年,选择江苏省7个县(市、区)作为疟疾媒介监测点,采用夜间室外通宵帐内人饵诱捕法和诱蚊灯全通宵捕蚊法捕获按蚊,观察各监测点传疟媒介的季节消长和夜间活动规律。结果 2013-2015年,江苏省7个监测点采用诱蚊灯全通宵捕蚊法共捕获中华按蚊11 041只,未发现嗜人按蚊;捕获中华按蚊数量最多的地区为泗洪县,3年共捕获中华按蚊6 724只;最少的是盱眙县,3年共捕获34只。2013-2015年,江苏省中华按蚊密度高峰分别出现在7月上半月、8月上半月和7月下半月。该期间内7个监测点采用通宵帐内人饵诱捕法共捕获中华按蚊2 421只;泗洪县捕获中华按蚊最多,为1 085只;赣榆县捕获中华按蚊最少,为13只。江苏省中华按蚊夜间活动高峰出现在晚上19:00-20:00,在该时段共捕获中华按蚊525只,占捕获总数的21.68%;此后,捕获数量随时间的延后而逐渐减少。结论江苏省个别地区中华按蚊密度仍较高,应做好消除疟疾阶段疫情和媒介监测,防止输入性疟疾的本地传播。
Objective To understand the population, density, seasonal fluctuation and nocturnal activity of malaria vectors in Jiangsu Province and to provide a scientific basis for eliminating malaria in this province. Methods From 2013 to 2015, seven counties (cities and districts) in Jiangsu Province were selected as monitoring points for malaria. Anopheles mosquitoes were captured overnight by overnight outdoor overnight bait trapping and trapping mosquito lights. In 2013-2015, the density peak of Anopheles sinensis in Jiangsu Province appeared in the first half of July, the first half of August and the second half of July respectively. A total of 2 421 Anopheles sinensis were captured by overnight catchment bait trapping methods at 7 monitoring sites during the period. The largest number of Anopheles sinensis caught in Sihong County was 1 085, and the number of Anopheles sinensis caught in Ganyu was the smallest at 13 . The nighttime activity of Anopheles sinensis in Jiangsu Province peaked at 19: 00-20: 00 in the evening. During this period, 525 Anopheles sinensis were caught, accounting for 21.68% of the total number captured. After that, the number of catch decreased gradually with the lapse of time. Conclusion The density of Anopheles sinensis is still high in some areas of Jiangsu Province. Epidemics and media monitoring should be done to eliminate malaria and to prevent the local transmission of imported malaria.
