三地人参对小鼠IL-4和脾细胞活性影响的研究

[目的]研究辽宁、吉林和朝鲜三地人参对正常和免疫低下小鼠IL-4和脾细胞活性的影响。[方法]将SCID小鼠分为空白对照组,正常三地人参灌胃组,免疫低下模型组,免疫低下三地人参灌胃组,共8组,每组10只。其中免疫低下模型造模方法是用氢化可的松70mg/Kg(体重),1次/日,皮下注射,连续1周。人参灌胃为5g/Kg(体重),0.2mL/次,1次/日,连续2周。ELISA法测定IL-4和脾细胞活性。[结果]三地人参对正常小鼠IL-4和脾细胞活性的影响和空白对照组相比无统计差异,且两指标在正常三地人参灌胃组之间的比较中也无统计学差异;两指标在免疫低下模型组与空白对照组的比较中有统计学差异;两指标在免疫低下三地人参灌胃组与空白对照组之间的比较中无统计学差异;两指标在免疫低下三地人参灌胃组与免疫低下模型对照组之间的比较中有统计学差异,但在三者之间相比无统计学差异。[结论]三地人参对正常小鼠IL-4和脾细胞活性没有影响;三地人参对于免疫低下小鼠的这两个指标调节效果相同,并且均能将免疫低下的这两者恢复至正常或略高于正常的水平;脾细胞活性与IL-4含量呈一定线性相关关系。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of ginseng in Liaoning, Jilin and North Korea on the activity of IL-4 and splenocytes in normal and immunocompromised mice. [Method] The SCID mice were divided into blank control group, normal three ginseng gavage group, immunocompromised model group and immunocompromised ginseng gavage group. There were 8 groups, 10 in each group. Immunocompromised model of which modeling method is hydrocortisone 70mg / Kg (body weight), 1 times / day, subcutaneous injection for 1 week. Ginseng gavage for the 5g / Kg (body weight), 0.2mL / time, 1 time / day for 2 weeks. ELISA assay IL-4 and spleen cell activity. [Result] There was no statistical difference between the three ginseng on normal mouse IL-4 and spleen cell activity compared with the blank control group, and there was no significant difference between the two indexes in the normal three ginseng gavage group ; Two indicators in the immunocompromised model group compared with the control group were statistically significant differences; two indicators in immunocompromised ginseng gavage group and the control group, there was no significant difference between the two indicators in the immunocompromised Three ginseng gavage group and immunocompromised model control group, there are significant differences between the control group, but no significant difference between the three. [Conclusion] The three ginseng had no effect on the activity of IL-4 and spleen cells in normal mice. The three indexes of three ginsengs had the same regulation effect on these two indexes in immunocompromised mice, and both of them could return to normal Or slightly higher than the normal level; spleen cell activity and IL-4 content showed a certain linear relationship.
