目的:筛选超声提取徐长卿药材中丹皮酚的最佳工艺。方法:应用超声提取法,采用L9(34)正交试验,以丹皮酚含量为指标,考察料液比、超声温度、超声时间3个因素对提取工艺的影响,采用HPLC法测定丹皮酚含量。结果:丹皮酚的最佳提取工艺为超声温度50℃,超声时间20min,料液比1∶10。结论:优选的最佳提取工艺稳定可靠,重复性好,可最大限度地提取徐长卿药材中的有效成分。
Objective: To screen the best technology of ultrasonic extraction of paeonol in Xuchangqing medicine. Methods: The effects of material-liquid ratio, ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time on the extraction process were studied by L9 (34) orthogonal test and ultrasonic wave extraction method. The content of paeonol was determined by HPLC content. Results: The optimum extraction process of paeonol was ultrasonic temperature 50 ℃, ultrasonic time 20min, solid-liquid ratio 1:10. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process is stable and reliable with good reproducibility, which can extract the active ingredients of Xuchangqing medicinal materials to the maximum extent.
