根据以往設計中体会,在机务段选用超重机时,存在着两个問題: 第一、在什么条件下选用什么类型的超重机?目前生产的和在产品样本中所能查到的超重机共有箱形結构、三角形断面、开式单腹板等三种电动桥式起重机和电动单梁起重机等四个类型。第二、在什么条件下选用什么工作制度的超重机?工作制度共分成輕级пB15%、中級пB25%、和重级пB40%三种工作制度。在具体設計中如何根据使用的安全性、投資的合理性和維修保养等方面正确选用。 現分成以下三个方面来談談对这两个問題的浅見。一、各型起重机的优缺点及今后生产动态
