曾发现在几内亚比绍和塞内加尔等地接种高效价(pfu>10~(4.7))Edmonston-Zagreb(EZ)麻疹疫苗后的女性儿童死亡率高于接种常规麻疹疫苗的2倍,为此本文作者对接种高效价EZ麻疹疫苗对T淋巴细胞亚群长期作用进行研究。第一组儿童接种中等效价(pfu=10~(4.6))EZ麻疹疫苗,第二组儿童接种高效价(pfu=10~(5.1~5.3))EZ麻疹疫苗,对照组儿童接种标准效价(pfu=10~(3.7))的Schwarz麻疹疫苗。被试儿童进行为期5~6年的随访,收集其指血样品,检测血液学变化情况。
