敦煌市卫生防疫站在全体职工的共同努力下,经过评审达到了全国县级一等站标准。通过评审笔者认为有以下几点认识。1 党委重视和政府支持 党委重视和政府支持是卫生事业发展的根本保证。党委重视就是把党的卫生方针政策尤其是把以“预防为主”的方针路线保证有效地贯彻执行。按照党管干部的原则对卫生防疫机构的领导班子选配,按照“革命化、知识化、专业化、年轻化”的原则选拔和配备。建立起卫生防疫事业的领导核心。政府支持就是人、财、物等方面给予大力支持并加强管理和领
Under the joint efforts of all employees, the Sanitation and Anti-epidemic Station of Dunhuang City has passed the review and reached the national first-class station standard. Establish the leadership of the health and anti-epidemic program. The government support is to give strong support to people, finances, and materials, and strengthen management and leadership.
