本文提出一组描述多个性状综合变异度的多元变异指数。相应于一元方差的分解,表型多元方差也可分解成遗传型及环境两部分。它们由多元方差分析中所获的表型协方差矩阵及误差协方差矩阵估算。多元变异指数可由原尺度或标准化尺度计算,何者为宜依资料性质,尤依相比较的资料是否获自同一组性状而转移。多元变异系数不受尺度影响。多元遗传力表示表型变异度可由遗传型多元变异度说明的部分。
In this paper, we propose a set of multivariate variability indices that describe the comprehensive variability of multiple traits. Corresponding to the decomposition of a dollar variance, the phenotypic multivariate variance can also be decomposed into genetic and environmental two parts. They were estimated by the covariance matrix and error covariance matrix obtained from multivariate analysis of variance. Multivariate variation index can be calculated by the standard or standard scale, which should be based on the nature of the data, especially in accordance with whether the information obtained from the same group of traits and the transfer. Multivariate coefficient of variation is not affected by the scale. Multivariate heritability indicates that the phenotypic variability can be explained by the genetic multiple variability.
