我国高铁事业迅猛发展,但高铁运量普遍不足,公众对高铁所执行的价格存在诸多质疑。基于此,本文结合高铁收益管理法,构建以收益最大化为目标的拉姆齐扩展模型,对我国高铁的定价影响因素和现行定价制度进行分析。结果表明:基于扩展的拉姆齐定价法,高铁票价可以追求收益最大化和消费者剩余最优的动态均衡。针对实际应用中诸多影响因素提出针对性的建议,以完善高铁管理定价策略。
The rapid development of China’s high-speed rail industry, but the general lack of high-speed rail, the public on the price of the implementation of high-speed rail there are many questions. Based on this, this dissertation, combined with the HSRM method, constructs the Ramsay extension model with the goal of maximizing returns, and analyzes the influencing factors of pricing of HSR and the current pricing system. The results show that based on the extended Ramsey pricing method, HSR fares can pursue the dynamic equilibrium that maximizes returns and the optimal consumer surplus. In view of the practical application of many influencing factors put forward specific suggestions to improve the high-speed rail management pricing strategy.
