高职艺术设计类人才培养模式如何制定已成为当下教育界面临的一个新的难题。通过对本地区部分高职院校艺术设计类专业人才培养模式运行现状进行调查分析,得出高职艺术设计类专业人才培养模式应该做到根据社会经济的发展,不断更新职业教育观念,更加准确的定位高职艺术设计教育的发展;加强和完善师资队伍建设,全面提高教育教学质量;注重培养学生动手实践能力,并加强校内外实训基地建设,提高学生就业率。
